Wash-away supports, a time-lapse!
Our wax 3D printers use a two-part printing system meaning we have a build jet depositing Midas, our build wax and a support jet depositing Melt, our support material.
Melt is 100% dissovable in mineral turpentine which is not only simple to do but it is hands-free and most importantly all of those features you have carefully designed into your object are well protected without any risk of damage from the support structures.
A simple process
Remove parts from build plate
Place parts in a Mineral Turpentine solution heated to 50*C
Wait a few minutes
Remove & dry for a few minutes
Add to your casting tree
